Waitlistd ("Waitlistd", "we", "us") provides done-for-you enrollment marketing for childcare businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit waitlistd.ai or book a call with our team, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you complete our qualification form or book a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and your answers to our qualification questions (such as current enrollment, available places, and marketing budget).
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site we collect standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site (for example, which advertisement you clicked). We collect this through cookies and similar technologies described below.
How we use your information
We use your information to schedule and prepare for your call, to send you booking confirmations and reminders by email and text message, to respond to your enquiries, to measure and improve our advertising, and to operate and secure our website. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we will send you messages related to your booking — confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies with your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with or sold to any third party.
We send transactional emails about your booking and, where you have opted in, information about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect emails necessary to administer a booking you have made.
Cookies, pixels, and analytics
Our site uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising. This means that when you visit our site or book a call, we may share event data — such as the pages you viewed and, for bookings, hashed contact details — with Meta Platforms, Inc. so we can measure ad results and reach people likely to be interested in our services. Service providers
